Responsibilities:  

As a Web Designer, your primary focus will be building and implementing high-quality user interfaces. You will work closely alongside a team of Designers and Application Developers on each project, ensuring each pixel is visually, and interactively perfect.

Our Web Designers are responsible for the look and feel of the end product a serious consideration. Beyond the obvious characteristics, we desire someone that is detail-oriented and extraordinarily passionate about problem-solving. We are looking for Web Designers who are hands-on, natural leaders and will push the limit on creativity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Fluent in English

·         3-5 years experience designing sales pages, landing pages (affiliate marketing), and corporate websites

·         Expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills while InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver are a plus.

·         Solid knowledge of user interface design and information architecture.

·         Ability to design wireframes.

·         Knowledge of latest trends in web design, development and online marketing features. Must have a passion for new technologies.

·         Understanding of front-end coding and back-end development.

·         Excellent communication skills and pro-active attitude in giving back feedback to enhance project.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Experience in hand-coding XHTML pages

·         Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS (CSS1 through CSS3)

·         Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and common JavaScript UI libraries - especially jQuery

·         Solid visual design skills - must be able to take medium fidelity wireframes and make them look pretty

·         Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to layout and design

·         Strong cross-browser development experience (you should know how the differences in how IE, Firefox and Safari all render pages)

·         The ability to work collaboratively with other specialized groups, including Product, Engineering and QA

·         The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

·         An understanding of key UI principles a plus
